After providing you with a digital quote and receiving the deposit, we come by to colour-match the track to your existing soffit. With access to over 250 colours, we guarantee we’ll find the perfect shade that complements your home’s aesthetic.
Step 2: Custom Fit Installation
Once we have the right match, we order the track and lighting components and get to work. The track is designed to be hidden—our installation keeps everything sleek and wire-free. The track slides into the bottom lip of your fascia, while the other side is securely screwed into the soffit using colour-matched screws. The result? A completely seamless look.
Step 3: Seamless Wiring & Advanced Tech
Gone are the days of tangled, visible wires. The wiring and lighting fixtures are carefully hidden within the track, with data-jumps used to “jump” power and signal from one roofline to another. No visible cables, just smooth, uninterrupted lighting.
And when it comes to tricky corners or multiple rooflines? We’ve got it covered. We use colour-matched loom to hide any necessary connections—whether behind a downspout or tucked into a siding corner—so nothing breaks that sleek, luxury vibe.

HOW THE LIGHTS ARE POWERED
All of the lights are circuited back down to a control box, which is plugged into a standard power outlet.
This can be mounted outside using a weatherproof box, or inside a garage (preferred).
Remember, these lights are super-efficient, and an entire home typically draws less than a single, 75w bulb!
For larger homes, multiple power sources may be required.
We invest ample time to ensure all our wiring is hidden, and that these boxes are out of sight.
WHAT ABOUT THE WINTER?

Here’s the good news: the life expectancy of each bulb is a whopping 50,000 hours of active use. If you leave them on for 6 hours every night, that means your lights will last you over 20 years!
But we don’t stop there. We’ve got you covered with up to 10-year warranty to ensure your system is always shining bright. If anything ever goes wrong or a bulb burns out, we’ll take care of it quickly and hassle-free—no questions asked.
